Orders
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is flexible. We accept sample orders, mixed containers (LCL) and full containers (FCL). Tell us the pieces and quantities you have in mind and we will confirm what works.
Can you make furniture to our own design?
Yes. Send a sketch, a reference photo or a full technical pack. We develop the piece with our craftsmen, make a sample for your approval and then produce it in-house (OEM / ODM). Designs you supply remain yours.
Do you make a sample before production?
Yes. Key pieces are sampled so you can approve the size, finish and details before production starts.
How do I get prices?
Prices are given by quotation. Send us the pieces, quantities, finish and destination — or add pieces to your quote list — and we reply by email.
Production
Which woods do you work with?
Mango, acacia, sheesham and teak, seasoned in-house and kiln-dried to 8–10% moisture before production.
Which finishes are available?
Natural, Walnut, Distressed, Whitewash, Black, Custom colour matching. Availability can vary by product; we confirm it with your quotation.
How long does production take?
Lead times depend on the design, quantity and finish, and are confirmed with each quotation.
How do you check quality?
We follow a three-stage quality-control process. Export orders receive a pre-shipment inspection report with photographs.
Shipping
How is furniture packed and shipped?
Every order is export-packed in our own workshop, fumigated as required and shipped as LCL (mixed) or FCL (full container). Our export team coordinates the documentation.
Which countries do you export to?
Recent destinations include USA — Texas, California; Austria; New Zealand; Australia; Mozambique; Dominican Republic; South America. Ask us about shipping to your port.

Where are you based? Can we visit the factory?
Our 39,000 sq. ft. factory is in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Visits can be arranged — contact us with your preferred dates.
Do you supply hotels and projects in India?
Yes. We make furniture for hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants and commercial projects from drawings, BOQs and specifications. Use the project enquiry form to send your brief.
Can I buy online?
The website is a catalogue and enquiry platform with no online checkout. For pieces for your home, send a Pearl Living enquiry and we reply with price, finish options and delivery for your city.
